Base Station
If you purchased your SimpliSafe System prior to December 2019, you may need to upgrade the cellular module within your Base Station. Use this article to complete the necessary steps to swap out the component.

You will likely never need to replace your Base Station's batteries as they are rechargeable and meant to last. However, if you need to replace your Base Station batteries for any reason, please call us to receive replacement batteries.
