Can't hear doorbell upstairs

When upstairs, video doorbell can't be heard.  Is there a device (remote chime?) that could be placed upstairs that would sound when the doorbell is rung, or is there a workaround for this problem?  Thank you!

Unfortunately yes, the Wireless Siren currently does not support relaying the Doorbell Chime. Only the Base Station can do that.

@RMB, my apologies for the confusion on my part, as I remembered the chime settings on the siren only, and forgot it was used on entry sensor settings.

@RMB Do you have the auxiliary siren? With SS3 the chime (also entry and exit beeps) can be played through the auxiliary siren besides the base. Of course, the main use is to have a much louder siren go off in an alarm condition but it works well.  A must have component of any system in my opinion.

@captain11​ Thanks for the reply.  Yes, I do have the aux siren, so I called tech support bc siren box doesn't sound or even light up, even tho' the system recognizes the device.  TS says it only works with door sensors, which we don't use.  Have no idea what that has to do with the doorbell, so maybe they're wrong...?

How can I get the Simplisafe video doorbell to ring in our basement?

@BOBR829​ Currently I don't think there is a Simplisafe feature for that.

However, if you have an Android phone most if not all allow the doorbell to ring on your phone, sound is selectable.

Rings on my Samsung, any sound in my phone.

@BOBR829​ As dlpsr mentioned, the Video Doorbell's chime can only be relayed through the Base Station. We do offer a Wireless Siren, but it is not capable of sounding when the doorbell is rung. 

If you have push notifications for your system enabled on your phone, you phone will notify you when the doorbell is rung.
