If you are in the market for a new SS3 system, suggest you check out your local Costco warehouse. They have a great deal: $139.00 for a 10 piece system that includes a Simplicam, motion sensor, panic button, key fob, base, keypad and 4 entry sensors, plus 3 months of Total Command Interactive

2025 Update!!! Costco still is carrying two system packages, at great prices. 7 piece system package, with new Series 2 OD camera, for only 99.99!

@blockhart307 Obviously this shouldn't happen, and a post in the community isn't going to resolve it. Suggest you call support immediately, troubleshoot and if no reason found politely request it to be escalated to a specialist. Please post your out

Hey, forum (and friends), it has been long since I saw you/posted. While I was on vacation last year, an Entry Sensor (to a main window in front of my home) fell, so I had someone stop by and stick it back up. Unfortunately, they did not know where it was previously, and they attached the bottom of

@shiherlis Hi, and welcome back to the community. If you are sure its 3M tape suggest pulling on the tab slowly and get as much puled from underneath as possible. It will break but should be enough to then slowly hold the base on both sides and gentl
