Can't hear doorbell upstairs

When upstairs, video doorbell can't be heard. Is there a device (remote chime?) that could be placed upstairs that would sound when the doorbell is rung, or is there a workaround for this problem?  Thank you!

I agree, There should be an remote device alert that can be synth to the doorbell. Bob

How can I get the Simplisafe video doorbell to ring in our basement?
