Base Station
Use the Keypad, Mobile or Web App to change your Base Station's settings - including System Volume, Alarm Delays, and Wi-Fi set up.
Features / Settings
During troubleshooting or for account verification purposes, you may be required to identify the serial number for a product within your system. You can easily find the serial number for your devices or cameras within the SimpliSafe® Mobile App.Using the SimpliSafe® Mobile App:Open the SimpliSafe® M
You will likely never need to replace your Base Station's batteries as they are rechargeable and meant to last. However, if you need to replace your Base Station batteries for any reason, please call us to receive replacement batteries.
Battery / Power
If there is a technical issue with the batteries, or if the Base Station is having trouble keeping them charged, you may receive a Keypad warning or Base Station announcement to notify you of the problem.
Troubleshoot an Issue
The Base Station is the brains and primary siren of your system. It communicates with all of your devices and sends us your alarm signals if you have activated alarm monitoring service.
