Hi @markgoza welcome to the community! dlpsr is right. Right now this functionality doesn't exist. The entry sensor by default will chime when a door is opened but it isn't the siren feature you're looking for. The closest setting is Secret Alert wh

The timeline/live option on our cameras are not working however I have received 100+ notifications of motion detection as well as unplugged camera, checked internet status, but yet still no playback or live view. Any suggestions?

Hi @jrfair56 while there isn't a way to slow down the video through the SimpliSafe app, you should be able to use any video player (Windows Movies, VLC, iMovie, etc.) to adjust the playback speed once you have downloaded the video to a device. Let me

Hi folks, There is a known issue where some Outdoor Cameras may become unresponsive after reconnecting or charging/swapping batteries. You may see the LED flashing blue - indicating that the unit is actively attempting to send data - but it isn't able to send recordings or allow livestreams. Firmw
