Would like to return

We have decided to return the product. It is unused and still in the box. How do we do this?

I decided not to use an alarm here we are in a condo and it's really not necessary and they do not want you to have an alarm here.   I never touched the box it's unopened and just as it was packed never even looked at it.  What do I do to cancel my system fee and to return this package.

@ohr_jeanne​ You must call  Simplisafe Customer Service within 60 days and get a return authorization. Suggest you do not wait for a reply here.
