New Base Random jingle and Green Light

New system.  Seems to be working fine BUT at random times/days the base will do a melody/jingle and the base light turns green for a second.  Then the light goes back to white.  After a period of time, the jingle and light stop and all seems normal.  This can come back hours later or days later.

Any thoughts.

@rbrodwin that doesn't sound like any of the sounds that the Base Station is capable of. However, there is a green light indicator when the Video Doorbell button is pressed. The doorbell chime from the Base Station and the Video Doorbell itself is a two-tone, but you might also be hearing the chime that comes from the wired doorbell system.

Do you have a Video Doorbell Pro?

Did you ever resolve this? It’s happening to my base station too now.

@monachehab​ Call or chat with support.  May have you do a hard reboot of the base by unplugging it and pulling a battery out or getting you a whole new base.

@monachehab do you hear a three-note chime from the Base Station - similar to the chime you hear when an Entry Sensor is opened? If that's the case, then you are hearing the Base Station's Trouble Signal and seeing its Trouble Light. 

 

If there is a potential issue with your system, the Trouble Signal will sound to notify you. When you hear this sound, you should see an exclamation mark on your Keypad, telling you what the issue is. Once the problem has been resolved, the Trouble Signal and Trouble Light will turn off.
