Dashboard "grayed out"

 Dashboard alarm status "grayed out" using Win 10 with latest updates  occurs with both Chrome & Edge on 2 different laptops .The  3 circles with the status are grayed (all other status function work  ok)and all work correctly  on the App . I have the 1st system and it worked fine until about 1 week ago .

@alkutka @colpmhill @immotek,

As @ohakimo notes, a fix was rolled out just today. Please log in again, and you should see the control buttons behaving correctly. Of course let us know if you are still having issues.

Hi @alkutka ,

Thanks for reporting. You mention that you have a SimpliSafe original system. Do you think your system's cellular connection had been disconnected at the time? And are you able to see a change of status if you hit the Refresh button on the bottom right?

It might also be helpful to know if you've tried logging into other computers, and if you're seeing the same issue there as well.

In the original post I added that I used 2 different laptops and 2 different browsers on each (chrome & edge).  The cell board has been upgraded and worked fine until about 2 weeks ago .The laptops both run the latest Win 10 also the CPU is #1 -I5 & #2- I7 .Everything functions except the status of the system (it is grayed out),timeline, cameras & refresh .All is good using the app on my cell or tablets .

@alkutka apologies, I did notice that you mentioned trying different browsers, but missed that you had also tried different computers.

So you're saying that the refresh button does work. But the controls (i.e. the big circle buttons) aren't showing the current status of the system?

And one more question - do you have any adblock or other antimalware software enabled? Other than Windows Defender, which comes with Windows and is enabled by default.

@davey_d No blocking software ,it has worked correctly for years .I can update ,see cameras & timeline just fine ,I just don't know the status of the system unless I use the app on my cell or tablets .I also cleared out cookies & any tracking

same problem here on 2 different Macbook Pros, so it's likely not a computer issue.  I have the newest SimpliSafe base.    The alarm was triggered & I canceled it thru the Android app before I tried to log in on computer.

@immotek thanks for chiming in. Sounds like you have a Gen 3 system, compared to the OP who has a SimpliSafe Original. So if you are indeed experiencing the same issue, then the issue might be with the webapp. I'm working with our dev teams to learn more.

@immotekthat might be a different issue. Are you seeing any specific errors on the app, or from the Keypad?

The grayed out issue is fixed for me on the web app.

On my phone, now I am able to set the alarm.  It was only unavailable for several hours, then started working again.
