Dashboard "grayed out"

Dashboard alarm status "grayed out" using Win 10 with latest updates  occurs with both Chrome & Edge on 2 different laptops .The  3 circles with the status are grayed (all other status function work  ok)and all work correctly  on the App . I have the 1st system and it worked

I had the same issue with greyed out dashboard
