Apologies for the inconvenience. We did experience temporary delays in camera performance last night due to high server activity. Our engineers were able to resolve the issue, and you should no longer be having trouble today.
@mrswkhammond Suggest you call support. This occassionaly happens to me with my two outdoor cams, but if I tap on the black box a live stream becomes visible.
Beginning yesterday around 7 PM Eastern, I no longer received these mentioned notifications on my iPhone. I updated the app and restarted my phone which did not help. Contacted support and they asked me to power cycle the doorbell which I have not done. While chatting with them, I noticed the banner on the support page saying their are iOS issues for the app, and I saw another banner that mentioned notifications specifically.
Has anyone else had issues receiving notifications from their Doorbell camera?
I have 3 outdoor cameras, all have solar panels to charge them. They all go offline and i can't get them to come on for a live view. All seem to work without a problem when they detect motion.
@archmcalister Do you see this error message every time you try to watch a live stream from your cameras, or is this issue intermittent? This offline error message could mean that the cameras are having trouble connecting to Wi-Fi, but sometimes this error appears when the device you're trying to watch a livestream on doesn't have a strong internet connection.
I would recommend troubleshooting the cameras' connection to Wi-Fi by using our in-app Connection Check tool. This tool will run a scan on your cameras to see how strong their connection to internet is, and provide troubleshooting steps based off the results. This article in our Help Center goes through the steps of using the Connection Check too.

Alarms and monitoring were not affected.
