Replacement cord for indoor camera

Where can I purchase a replacement cord for the white indoor camera with motion sensor and privacy shutter.  I broke mine.  Customer service has not been helpful, they want a picture of the cord.  I tossed it out.  I said I broke it and wanted to buy a replacement but was told unless I have a picture of it they can’t help me.

I don’t understand why I can’t get a replacement if I’m going to pay for it.

What is the resolution of this issue, I have two indoor cameras that need a replacement cable and I can’t find anywhere on the internet to buy them. Please advise

@victorcastillo87​ Captain11 is right on this one. Our Support team can get a replacement for you under warranty.

I think the problem that the original poster had was that the agent may have not been sure which model they needed to create the replacement for. I'll be sure to report your experience to our training team.
