How do I remove my Entry Sensor magnet (the smaller part of the sensor) from the wall?

The Entry Sensor magnet uses a slightly different adhesive than the other sensors. Remove the magnet by rotating the magnet slowly until the adhesive loosens and you can pull it off the wall.

Do I need an Entry Sensor for my Smart Lock to work?

All features of the Smart Lock will still work without an Entry Sensor. However, the Auto-Lock feature on your Smart Lock will be “smarter” when the device is paired with an Entry Sensor.
