Great Customer Service

Made my annual call today to customer service to prepay my daughter and son-in-law's monitoring plan (and get one month free :-).  The agent was extremely professional, polite, and friendly....and fully understood the unusual requestl where a customer asks to authenticate on their account and then do it again on another account. It was not an issue as I had all of the pertinent information (safe word, address, email etc) and my credit card was promptly charged.  

It's nice to have an out-of-the-ordinary service request handled so easily. I asked for her first name to report to SS what a great job she did, but said that wasn't important, just doing her job.  SS, don't know who she is but please, hire a lot more like her!
