Excellent Customer Service

After being customers of Simplisafe for quite a few years our system started to act erratically.  After several phone calls trying to remedy the problem we finally were referred to Natasha who was pleasant and professional and hooked us up with a new alarm at no charge.  This is how you keep customers coming back, thanks Simplisafe!

Last Friday afternoon I spoke with a customer service representative and then a one level up person. They walked me through a mysterious communication failure of my 5 year old base station for over an hour. The problem was solved (new base station was required , which I received on Tuesday). Their concern and dedication is to be admired: true examples of 100% ideal employees. I wish I had their names so I could locate their managers and have their performance recognized and rewarded. I will always be a SimpliSafe customer!
