Can't believe I'm paying for this....

It's 10 at night, I came home after couple of days out of town to find the system not working...AGAIN.  I've had this happen previously and the customer service was helpful and  reset the system.  But for it to happen again is extremely frustrating.

And then there was the phone call with customer service "expert" Geo tonight where he basically told me to call the customer service again because he won't help.  I genuinely hope someone listens to that phone call recording and does some training.  My manager would have me on PIP so quickly if I ever interacted with my clients like that... I was just FLABBERGASTED.

Add to that, my video doorbell doesn't work after close to a year with SimpliSafe.  And I've been through three devices and complete troubleshooting multiple times.  Overall, what a waste of money and time.  What exactly am I paying for if the Alarm and Monitoring System does not work when I need it to??   And then, to go through such "stellar" customer service call.  Ironically, my alarm system is making me feel helpless. what a mess!

I hope this review helps someone trying to get this system.

Feel exactly the same way, had a representative tell me he was hanging up on me today without helping after I wouldn't continue to follow his suggestions which I had already done numerous times
