This should not be "an accepted solution" for a technology company that develops "intelligent" sensors. This was an obvious oversight on the part of system developers. What the device should do is be able to report the actual temperature alarm when settings are exceeded and then stop reporting when the sensor temperature settings are no longer cause for alarm.

@grvansc you can call support to troubleshoot, but I would first try to remove and then add the sensor back in the system. Should force a reset.
