RETURNING OLD EQUIPMENT

Hello All!

I just updated my original gen equipment, and would like to return it.

Can SimpliSafe send me a shipping label to return them?

Hi @ltoongusmc ,

So if we have this right, you recently upgraded to Gen 3, and you still have your SimpliSafe Original.

Unfortunately we no longer take back older equipment as part of the upgrade process. But the system is yours to do with as you wish, so you can perhaps still reuse it as a noisemaker alarm on another property.

Not happy with the service. Will be able to return the equipment?

@raheemjharrell14 we have a 60-day return policy. If your order falls within that window, you can certainly return your devices. Just contact our Support team, and they can initiate that return for you.
