When Unlocking from Away, Unlock only 1 Smart Lock
Good afternoon. I just installed 2 smart locks, 1 for my front door and 1 for my back. I
noticed that when my alarm is armed and I disable it from one of the smart lock keypads,
both locks will unlock. Is there a way to configure it so that just the one door I'm accessing will unlock, leaving the other door locked. Example: 1) Arm system 2)Both front and back door lock. 3) Return through Back Door. 4) Only Back Door is unlocked. 5) Front Door remains locked.

Hi @rmhughes0711 ,
Yes, currently, if each Smart Lock is set to unlock when going from Away to Off, then they will always unlock whenever that condition is met. That includes when unlocking one Smart Lock, which will disarm the system, which will in turn unlock all Smart Locks with that setting.
(of course this applies to the Home to Off setting as well)
I've turned your post into a request, so we can bring this to the attention of our dev team.
In the meantime, I would suggest that you enable that Away to Off setting only for your most used doorway, and leave the rest to stay unlocked when the system is disarmed.
