@jrk123084 For instances like this, it is very helpful to SS support for troubleshooting to note the time you arm it each night and review of the logs to see if the event and time is there to be seen. If you already know the timeline shows one of the instances where you arrmed and then the system disarmed, write it down and contact support.

Hi @jrk123084,
Your system certainly shouldn't disarm itself without your input. Do you happen to have any arming schedules set up? If you scheduled your system to disarm at a certain time, that could explain this.
You can check for arming schedules in the SimpliSafe mobile app by navigating to My System > Automations > Scheduled Arming. If there is a schedule created to disarm your system, you can select that schedule and delete it.
But if you have not created any arming schedules, I would recommend contacting our Support team so our agents can take a deeper look into your account.
