remote is not responding
My system has been reporting that remote is not responding. Changed battery but it didn't fix the problem.
It has been for a while. Decided to look into this problem and came across of this discussion. Is it a fixable problem or I should forget about it? I also have Gen 1 system, purchased and install shortly after Simply Safe got into business.

How to remove and pair the remote again? Can't find a useful information on that.

Hi @sokola56 ,
What's the exact message that you are getting? And are you seeing it on the app, or the Keypad?
The Key Fob doesn't check in with the system like the sensors do, so it's not possible for it to generate an error like you're describing.
But here are instructions for removing components from your system, and here are instructions for adding them back in.
