@nomebig2 the first thing we would suggest is to head over to your account here. Once you log in, you can go to the Monitoring tab, and you'll see your Safe Word passcode on that page.
If you don't remember your account password, you can click Forgot password on the login page, and we can send a password reset to you email address.
And finally, you can give our Support team a call at 800-548-9508, and let them know that you're having trouble. They can go through some alternative options.

Not doing the run around guys - locked the credit card so I imagine you'll get around to canceling me!
