Keypad power saving setting glitch
Shortly after setting up the system, i went into the settings on one of the keypads and turned on power saving mode for both of the keypads on the system
The main reason for turning this setting on straight away is the keypads are located in fairly narrow hallways (each one being near an entry door that exits onto a different street)
I discovered that the other keypad did not go into power saving mode, from that keypad, i checked the settings, and it was reporting as power saving being on, when the keypad was behaving as though it was off

Hi @pineapple3493 ,
For everyone's benefit, the Keypad has a proximity sensor, so it can automatically light up whenever it senses a person approaching. The Power Saving Mode setting turns this behavior off, so it will only light up when one of the buttons is pressed. You can learn more about how to enable it on the Power Saving Mode for the Keypad article on our Help Center.
But it sounds like for you pineapple3493, one of your Keypads seems to be ignoring the setting and is still lighting up on its own? My first guess is that the setting somehow didn't save properly, and you might just want to try and set the mode again through the Keypad Menu.
If that doesn't work, you can try removing and re-adding the Keypad to your system, which will also reset it. These instructions on Installing a Replacement Keypad, though slightly different, can help.
