Put your cc in the hands of their team! Right This should not be the manner in which we have to do this. We should be able to delete a payment method!!
I've spent an hour and a half on the phone with three customer services reps and live chatting with another. I receive an error message when trying to update my default method's expiration date. I tried adding as a new card, too. I tried with a cleared cache in a browser and on the mobile app. The live chat said they'd delete old cards and this would solve the problem. The error continued. They said there's nothing more they could do unless I verified my bank didn't have a block. So I spent time on the phone with my bank and they verified it there was no block. Finally, the third person admitted there is a problem with the system. It's very tempting to cancel my subscription. Any tips? What makes this worse, is I had basically the exact same problem two years ago (and called my bank for no reason, etc.). I am supposed to receive a call back tomorrow. I am surprised they’re making it so difficult to give them my money.
On top of all of this, they said they would call me today at a set time with a solution, and they did not call. I'm looking at other home security options.

I received an email today telling me to update my payment method and I'm not even on a monthly plan I talked to one person to transferred me to another and then he hung up on me nice customer service.
@deborahfite1 I'm sorry to hear about this - this certainly isn't the experience we want you to have. Did you previously add a payment method to your account when purchasing your system? If so, that could have been the card that may need updating.

How does this company stay in business with this kind of support?
I have had hundreds of accounts with businesses of all types and changing payment information was always easy as pie. This website is literally one out of hundreds that doesn't allow a straightforward payment change method.
I'm trying to add in a new credit card and the system won't allow me to...the "add a new credit card" feature isn't an option - it doesn't exist. I'm guessing that since there are four old credit cards (that I'm unable to delete...which quite frankly is ridiculous) - might be the reason that a 5th card can't be added ??? Is that the case? Also, my only option is to call o the phone to remove old outdated cards???
@mackie34 adding a 5th payment method to your account shouldn't be a problem at all. But we see that you already got in touch with our Support team, and they were able to add this new card to your account and remove your old payment methods.
