Is "Simplisafe" that "Simple" any more?

Being a customer since April of 2012 I consider myself a pretty experienced Simplisafe customer. Had one of the first SS2 systems, tested the SS3 in 2017 and here I am 7 years later and ....drum roll please....realize often there are new tricks to learn for this old dog.

Case in point just now, looking through the community to find an answer to assist another customer asking a question on smoke sensors, and came across this article:

What is the "Early Alert" Warning for the Smoke & Carbon Monoxide Detector?

I sure had no clue what this was but, after reading the article that was posted a month ago, I now do. Nice feature, and since I have six original smoke sensors and 1 new combo smoke/CO sensor, glad I came across the article and read it.

Here's a challenge to Simplisafe's marketing dept: how do you make it easier for customers (new and old) to keep up with new software and hardware changes?  I will take responsibility for not being the sharpest tool in the shed at times, but I am sure I can't be the only customer to miss this particular new feature.

And, to eliminate any doubt, yes, SS, I would like a reply! Thank you in advance for your time.
