Dear SimpliSafe, you're raising our rate yet again but we still can't monitor doorbell camera

So SimpliSafe, you're raising our rates yet again by another dollar and yet we still can't monitor our doorbell camera live with a wall mounted monitor or some type of setup. I've seen it mentioned oh just get a tablet and put the SimpliSafe app on it with the camera view. Why should we have to buy a complete tablet just to see our doorbell camera view before opening our door? I've been with SimpliSafe for a very long time, even worked with the engineers to help find issues, diagnose them and provide possible fixes and yet we can't get a simple monitor for doorbell cameras? Just earlier I tried an experiment, setup a raspberry pi with a touchscreen monitor, logged into SimpliSafe web app, pulled up the doorbell camera and within 3-5 minutes SimpliSafe logged me out of the web app.

Even worse, instead of having the ability for camera devices to listen on the network as well as be accessed via the internet, you FORCE everything through the internet so it can take forever to finally pull up a camera feed where as if it was able to be pulled up locally via the same network (not hard at all to program in both the app and firmware of the cameras) you're talking about almost instant viewing of the cameras. Other systems offer such a thing, so why can't SimpliSafe? A company that has been around as long as you all have and yet you're still lagging behind everyone else. The only reason I've continued to stay with SimpliSafe is because of the cost of everything I've already invested in.

Why can't SimpliSafe actually get in the game here?
