@bobritanbuddy15 If you suspect you have a faulty sensor, call support. You will most likely have to do bit of troubleshooting but will replace it at nc if under warranty.

@bobritanbuddy15 As mentioned by Captain11, please contact our Support team. If, after some troubleshooting, they find that the sensor is faulty, they can help you replace that sensor if it is still under warranty.
