Push Notifications can't Save

So far, nothing I have tried will allow me to enable Push Notifications.  The "Save" just never enables.  It used to work, sometime in the past, but nothing today.

Hi @dave_b67696 ,

Thanks for reporting this issue. Did you try deleting and reinstalling the SimpliSafe app? And are you seeing some sort of error message? It would also help if you're able to tell us your operating system version, as well as your SimpliSafe app version. We might need to take this to our dev team.

we are having the same issue with Save not working when changing push notification setting. 

android version 13. 

we have uninstalled simplisafe app and reinstalled. No change. Still don’t work. 

works fine on iPhone. 

please let me know if there is a known resolution.

Hi @jpwhit100​, 

Which version of the SimpliSafe app is downloaded on your Android? If you have an update available, I'd download it to see if that resolves this issue or not.

This happened on my wife's phone. Cleared app cache and storage then signed in again and she was able to click through prompts to allow notifications on simplisafe app on launch.
