It is available on the bottom of every page but you do have to click on "contact us" and then spot it on the right hand side of the page. Formerly, it was listed very prominently by itself without having to click on anything, but, like all companies, SS prefers chat. Most frustrating is companies like FedEx, who now rely on a AI Chat agent that, if it fall shorts, you are out of luck if you want to talk to an agent as a retail customer (and my package has been sitting in TN for the past 3 days at their local station. Now I have to get in the car and drive to the local FedEx store to see what's going on. At least SS still has live agents available!
