@ronbrock Obviously not acceptable or what usually happens. I have a 2 story 2600 sq ft colonial with sensors in the attached garage, all floors including basement, with 40+ components and all work fine. There are great articles to assist you with this and you can call support to troubleshoot. (Don't recommend chat as you can move around much easier on your phone.
Some tips: Keep you base away from electronic devices, off the floor and, if possible, centrally located.

I have had the same thing happening with my system recently, and over live chat I was told it was due to a firmware issue in my base station. They told me to call their phone support for a replacement under warranty, and I was denied a new one, as the representative insisted there were no issues with my system. Shortly after the phone call, another device disconnected. Each fix is temporary as I had more connectivity problems just two days later when I was out of the house.
