SS having system issues - and posted a notice in the Community! Bravo!!

Just logged back into the community and a large, prominent pop up appeared as follows:

Kudos, congrats, thanks to Simplisafe for taking this action in the community. While no one is thrilled to encounter issues with their vendors, especially their security vendor, honest upfront communication is always appreciated.

Immediately did a Test signal request, instantly got the confirmation message and about 10 seconds later the automated confirmation call.
