Excellent Communication from SS
Just received an email from Simplisafe notifying me that there will be system maintenance this coming Monday for two hours when emails will not be sent. More importantly, it directs users to use push alerts and SMS messages. This type of messaging is important to customers and I am very happy to see Simplisafe be proactive about it. In the past many of us have expressed disappointment/frustrations but in this instance, a tip of the hat for the MarCom dept's efforts!
