Solid green light on simply safe base station
I have a soft green light on my base station. Everything appears to be working. It never turns off.
The manuals mention nothing of green lights.

Hi @riker1204 ,
Yes, the Original Base Station does only have the one color light - which is a light blue. Could that be what you're seeing?
Also, that light should be constantly on when the system is armed (in Home or Away). But if it's blinking, that means there's an error message that the system wants you to see on your Keypad. So you'll want to look there, then you can come back here and we can troubleshoot it!

My station is green, not blue. It used to be blue though. Is something wrong? Everything is working and connected.

I have an upgraded system and the base just recently turned green. I tried to turn off in the manual setting, but nothing happened. Can you trouble shoot please.
