@tlh0704 Just so I have this right, you see in the SimpliSafe mobile app than an Entry Sensor is offline, but you do not see that message on your Keypad? I would recommend refreshing the SimpliSafe mobile app to get the latest information from the Base Station - you can do this by dragging down on the home screen.
If your mobile app still says that the sensor is not responding, that could mean that the sensor's battery needs to be replaced, or it is having a hard time communicating with the Base Station - either because of range or interference. To help troubleshoot your Entry Sensor, check out this article in our Help Center for a step-by-step guide on resolving that error message.

Yes, there is a siren in the base station.

Phone app shows 1 entry sensor not responding but base station shows that everything is okay.
