I bought a solar panel for the outdoor camera but I’m finding it difficult to mount. While the camera can easily hang from an eave, even without the optional mounting accessory, the panel arm doesn't have enough travel to allow this (and be pointed at the sun). Any ideas/solutions? I have stucco

Last night I lost my internet connection; however my access points were still functioning (at least to my router). Repeat posting: when will SimpliSafe do something about loss of internet but without loss of access points? Last night when I lost internet, the base station started beeping a number

@emily_s - a couple of related questions: 1. Is the trouble signal supposed to sound continuously or about once every 90-ish minutes, like mine did? 2. After turning off the access points, I also turned off sound until internet was back up. I did se

I was happy to see the scheduled arming function added to the app. I've added an arming schedule but nothing happens (system does not arm as scheduled).  Am I missing something? (Android)

I "think" I posted this about 2 months ago, but don't remember seeing a reply. I don't see any way to automatically set my alarm. Am I on the slow rollout plan?

On my previous system I had the alarm on a schedule to arm throughout the night and disarm in the AM. Does SimpliSafe have this feature? I can't find it.

How slowly is this function rolling out? I have gotten 2 or 3 application updates since my first post.  Still don't see anything.

With the base station connected to my home Wi-Fi and its cellular backup, I disconnected the ethernet cable from my modem to my router. I did not receive any push notification or SMS alert from SimpliSafe that my home internet connection had been lost.  Is this normal?  Does the base stat

@captain11 not sure what you were actually testing. My scenario vs yours, you "killed" wifi and I "killed" the internet connection and left the wifi connection active.

Why does it take SO LONG for the New Outdoor Cam to wake up? It can take 5-10 sec. I've read many people post about the same thing. This means that when motion is triggered it catches the "end of the act" if at all. Thanks for your patience. SimpliSafe is hard at work on improve
