Did you purchase your unit from a Best Buy in the United States? Unfortunately we're not able to provide assistance or services outside of the United States and the United Kingdom, which is why the SimpliSafe app is only available in those markets.
Also, did you purchase your Smart Lock with a complete SimpliSafe system? The Smart Lock does need to be added to a system to function properly.
