new update I cannot minimize screen or record using computer---I can still record using my I-phone---this is bad

@mbroadbent1 We converted your comment into its own post so we could troubleshoot further here. 

 

What browser are you using? When livestreaming a camera, you should still be able to initiate a recording. What happens if you delete the cache/cookies on your browser? Or try a different browser entirely?

Also you do not have the black bar on the bottom of camera screen on the outdoor camera. That allows you

activate the Live, Maximize, and Record...See photo
