@rwhessberger Carefully take it down, once on the ground turn the cap counter clockwise with the lens facing you. Pull off, and then pull the battery out. You should then replace the battery with another fully charged, with the small black pull tab on the outside. Put the cap back on and turn clockwise.

Hi @RobertHessberger,
Both the SimpliCam Wired Indoor Camera and Smart Alarm Wireless Indoor Camera do not have replaceable batteries. The SimpliCam must stay plugged in at all times to function, but the Smart Alarm can run on battery power. If you have a Smart Alarm and its battery is low, you can recharge it with its included power cable.
But the Outdoor Camera does have a replaceable battery. As Captain11 mentioned, turn the cap on the camera counter clockwise. Then, pull off the lens to reveal its battery.
