Sirens went off - no reason, and no log!
This morning at 2am CT, our base station siren and our secondary siren that we keep in the bedroom, both sounded their alarms. They woke us up, and went off for about 10 seconds as we were scrambling to our feet. Then, they went silent. We did not put in the code, or get a text or call, or anything.
I checked the app, and there was NO indication that anything at all had happened. The base station was blue. The screenshot shows It was armed in home mode when this happened, and that there had been no activity since it was armed at 1am an hour before. After the sirens went off, when we opened the door at 2:01 to look outside, it tripped the sensor and it beeped as expected, and we input our code to deactivate, then we rearmed in home mode shortly after. The outdoor camera also saw us come outside. All of that registered completely normally 1 minute after the sirens, but 1 minute before, when the sirens went off, there was no log of it.
Part of me thinks that since this happened at exactly 2am, it was some kind of system fluke? I cant think of any other reason.
To recap:
Both our sirens went off at 2am (the full loud alarm - we've accidentally tripped it before so we know how it sounds)
They turned off on their own - no code input, no text, no call. Blue base station.
There was no indication in the app that our alarms went off
Everything else we did right after that appeared in the app just fine.
If this was a fluke or a bug, I just want it resolved. I hate knowing that this can happen and scare the daylights out of us while we're sleeping, and that we cant even prove that it did. I found one other post about something like this happening in April, so its happened to at least one other person. Any ideas as to what this could have been?

Hi @molsen,
I'm happy to know that this wasn't a true alarm event and everyone is okay, but this is certainly still a frightening situation and something that we absolutely don't want to have happen again!
I have forwarded your case details over to our dev team to investigate so they can get to the bottom of what happened. A member of the team should contact you soon, so please keep an ear out for their call.
