Patio door not responding
We repeatedly get this message. I've checked all 3 doors. The blue light blink appears on all of them. Yet, the message comes again. Recently, I turned the system off then on again 3x. Then the message went away. Now it is back again. A few days ago. it was turned off, then switched to home mode automatically. Q: Is my base unit the culprit?

@philmary I could guess, but suggest you call support to troubleshoot. A faulty entry sensor seemed in play but would not have the system arm automatically.
After you call, please post your outcome here if you get a chance.

Hi @philmary,
Is it just one Entry Sensor that displays this error message, or do all of your sensors have this error? An "Entry Sensor Not Responding" error can mean one of two things: either the sensor's battery needs to be replaced, or the sensor cannot communicate to the Base Station from its current location.
I would first replace the battery in each sensor that displays this error message and see if that prevents this error from appearing again. If you still get this message after replacing the sensor's battery, I would then check its connection to the Base Station by putting your system into Test Mode. We list out the steps to test your Entry Sensor in this Help Center article. If the Base Station does not acknowledge your Entry Sensor while in Test Mode, I would recommend moving the Base Station closer to it.
And as Captain11 mentioned, our Support team is always here to help you troubleshoot your Entry Sensor in real time.

I have had this issue as well and most times all I did was pull battery out and put back in and solved my issue.
