Negative experience ordering extra magnets
I just tried to order some extra entry sensor magnets (small part) using chat. The person on the other end could not understand what I was asking for and even suggested I send a photo. How hard is it to understand you want to get extra magnets - the small part of an entry sensor? When I asked where the chat person was located they answered Simplisafe Offshore in the Philippines. Not at all helpful.. Gave up after 20 minutes.

I'm really sorry to hear about your experience. You're right, it shouldn't be so hard to order an extra magnet. It's literally just named Extra Magnet for Entry Sensor in our system! I'll work with our Live Chat team to find your conversation, and make sure that the agent gets some extra training.
But in the meantime, I suggest giving our Support team one more try. We'll make sure that you get what you need!
