To function properly, the SimpliCam® Wired Indoor Camera requires:

• A power source, likely from an outlet

• A 2.4 ghz Wi-Fi network

• A Smartphone is recommended in order to use the SimpliSafe® Mobile App for installing the camera; however, cameras can be viewed through the SimpliSafe® Online Account as well

A SimpliSafe® System is not required for your camera to function, but combining the two adds additional security and peace of mind through event recordings and Video Verification.
