How To Change The Base Station's Siren Volume

The Base Station’s siren has four volume settings: Off, Low, Medium, and High, and by default it is set to High. You can change the siren’s volume using the SimpliSafe® Mobile App, Online Account, or Keypad by taking the following steps:

SimpliSafe® Mobile App:

1. Navigate to the My System gear on the bottom of the screen

2. Select Base Station Settings

3. Choose Alarm Siren

4. Select Alarm Siren Volume and drag the slider to your desired volume.

5. Once you have selected your desired volume, be sure to press Save in the upper right corner of the screen

SimpliSafe® Online Account:

1. Log into your SimpliSafe® Online Account using the browser of your choice

2. On the left-hand side of the screen, click on System

3. Under Additional Settings on the right-hand side of the screen, navigate to Siren Volume

4. Select your desired volume.

Keypad:

1. Click the Menu button on the bottom left corner and enter your Master PIN

2. Scroll down to System Settings and select Siren Volume

3. Select your desired volume
