what is the difference between "door chime" and "entry/exit Beep"? I'm assuming an entry beep is when a door is opened?

Hi @sblaha ,
The Entry Sensor Chime (aka the "Door Chime") is the chirp that happens when a door or window with an Entry Sensor is opened.
The Entry/Exit Countdowns (what you describe as the "entry/exit Beep") are the repeated chirping that let you know that the system is counting down. So the Entry Countdown is when a sensor has been tripped, and a full alarm siren is happening soon. And the Exit Countdown means that someone has armed the system, and it will take effect soon.
