Terrible Service

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever received. My system went down yesterday. There was no notification through the app but when I arrived home by keypad was "out of range" with the base station. I talked with tech support who barely listened to anything I said and just reset the whole system then guaranteed the issue would not happen again. The same thing happened in the middle of the night so I work up to a system that was not armed with the same issue. I called tech support again and got more of the same. I don't think tech support has any actual tech knowledge of the product.  No matter what number I called or what option I selected I could not get anyone with any real knowledge or anyone that cared at all. Everyone was so clearly reading from a poorly written script which only made it worse. It was like talking to robots. Good service clearly stops after the sale as the women I spoke with when purchasing was lovely and very helpful. I have no confidence in the product or the support. I decided to return the whole system as it felt unreliable and I did not want to deal with the complete lack of customer service every time an issue occurred.
