Ready to Cancel

We have had so many issues with system malfunctions or devices not working. Most recently we have had multiple devices not working when we are going out of town. We pay all this money for security only for it to not work when we need it the most. Customer service is unhelpful and disregards much of what I say (for instance the keypad isn't responding, so they are sending a new one. When trying to also fix a motion sensor issue they tell me to use the keypad to fix it. After we already went through an hour long conversation about how the keypad isn't responding)

I am so frustrated and am ready to cancel and get a different security system. Does anyone have recommendations?
