Order not delivere
Fedex has not delivered my order for three consecutive days, likely because it is new construction and they can't find the address. I've seen the delivery vehicle in the are via their tracking app. SS says it is not their problem, Fedex says it is SS responsibility. Have been unimpressed by the level of effort solving this issue, SS says it is "out of their scope". Really, am I not there paying customer?

@mdomale1 I read your post and said I know exactly how you feel. How? I ordered an extra battery for my solar generator, shipped by FedEx with instructions to deliver to the local store a mile from my house as it had to be signed for. You would have thought I was attempting to get a shipment of gold bars. FedEx said it was at local store, I got there two hours later and couldn't be found. I will spare you the rest of the details but it was shipped back as they couldn't reach me. Yeah.
FedEx said not their issue and the retail outlet said not their problem. After contacting the mfg, they shipped me another unit and I got it a few days later.
Now, on to SimpliSafe: YOU picked the transportation company. There is a delivery issue with YOUR vendor. Fix it.

The saga continues: Fedex is still unable to deliver, despite saying it is out for delivery every day. SS agreed to send me another unit and ship via USPS. They sent it out yesterday, via FEDEX!! I may never receive anything, so frustrating
