@sissonrick I broke your comment off into its own post so we could troubleshoot here.
The Smoke & CO Detector doesn't have a white indicator light, but there is a yellow light - could that be what you're seeing? In this LED light guide, we go over what each light/chirping sound from the Smoke & CO Detector means, and how to resolve any potential issues with the device. I would recommend taking a look at that guide, as the device could have a low battery, or isn't installed in its mounting bracket properly.
