Smoke alarm disposal?

Here's what the support team told me.

"Since we are not able to create a return label you can just dispose the device on your end."

I am not impressed.

@wrat​ have you checked your email? That's where they send the return label then you print them out. I have done this quite a bit over the years.

I did not receive an email from Simplisafe.
