Return label not generated in email
Hello.
I'm trying to return some equipment I've ordered from SimpliSafe and received an email from customer service that should contain a return label. However, the return label is unable to be generated within the email (see screenshot below) and I'm not sure what else can be done (browser settings or something else).
Please provide some instructions so I can generate the label.

Hi @mrnekketsu,
I would recommend trying an alternate web browser to open up this email if possible. If not, I would also try opening up this email on your phone to download it that way. Please let me know if that doesn't allow you to generate this return label, it may just need to be re-sent!

Believe me, I tried. Mac. Windows. Chrome. Firefox. IE. Phone. The image isn't being produced. When I was on the call with the support tech, she sent two emails, and it would not be produced. I'm not sure what else can be done.

I cannot open the return label link as it is blank. I have reached out for assistance with no response. I would appreciate any guidance available....and yes I have attempted from several different webs and my phone.
